Training has been a bit unorthodox with the holidays but this was my first full session since last Tuesday. Everything was a PR. At this point the last time I started strength 1 I hurt my back. Ran through SSB with 15 lbs heavier weights and more sets so that’s an absolute win. Comp bench is almost on par with my touch and go bench. Idk how I feel about that.
