1000 calorie deficit.

I have been eating anywhere between 1800-2000 calories a day since around Christmas time. My Apple Watch says I’m burning a little over 3000 calories a day. I was at 200 pounds and I’m now at 194. I’m 5’6 male. My question is, is my deficit too much? I’m also training hard 5-6 days.

Looks like you’ve been in a modest deficit, losing ~ 2.5% bodyweight in a month or so. I would wager your deficit is probably closer to 200-300 Calories/day at this point, which is fine. I don’t think this is too much.
