Received my shirt yesterday, it was size XL but it was very small. After washing it might double as a fancy napkin. Has anyone else been disappointed in the size of the shirts? I’m 6ft1, 230lbs, not super huge by any measure.
I noticed that too when I first got it. I’m 6’2" 205lbs and it was shorter than expected on me, especially since I normally wear a large and ordered an XL for this. Have not tried it on since washing it, kinda scared to now, lol.
Ha! Yep, I brought it to the gym and as soon as I saw myself in the mirror in the locker room I changed into my Rogue shirt (a much better fit). The BBM shirt is XL but it is super tight and I look like a douche bag wearing it. Sucks, I was looking forward to spreading the word! I don’t see any info on returns on the shop page but frankly I’ll just keep it anyway. Maybe someday I’ll get sick and atrophy enough to make it fit normal.
5’9", 215-220, I also got the xl. It is also smaller than I expected, tight on the shoulders/chest, thankfully just long enough.
I have washed mine and it did not shrink at all. I really like the thin/light feel of shirt, the sizing is just off. I’d want another size up if I was going to wear it into the gym as to not show off my mid drift so much while my arms are overhead.
For any small dudes out there: 5’7 170lbs, medium is a perfect fit. Not tight, not loose, appropriate length. Sucks to hear the XL is small for you guys. What size does Jordan/Austin wear then?
I tried mine on after washing it, similar to a normal Medium sized shirt now. If I lift both arms above head, as if to press, the shirt comes a couple inches above my belly button.
I was wondering the same but then I recall that Austin and Jordan really aren’t that “big.” I think they weight less than 200lbs? Lean and strong but not really big. Still, they may also have got some shirts made from a different source for themselves and then had some mass-produced for sale that are from a different source and/or of a different quality. At the very least they should have a return policy. Lesson learned.
