Hey guys,
Lately I’ve had some blood pressure readings and they were relatively high (130s/70s). Because of this, I’m adding more cardio to my routine, since from what I’ve seen it’s one of the methods for reducing blood pressure.
I am a 5’7 and 156 lb male (24.6 BMI) but my waist circumference is 32.6 inches. Do you still think I would also benefit from weight loss?
Thank you in advance.
Probably not weight loss, but dietary sodium reduction, increase in fruits and vegetables, and moderating alcohol intake if applicable.
