A lot of stress working in the ER with the coronavirus situation right now. Gyms in my state were mandated to shut down as of today. I purchased a home gym set up from rogue today. Didn’t care much for training today so just went through the motions.

I used to do a lot of gymnastic style strength training on the rings and such so this isn’t foreign to me. feels kind of nice stepping away from the barbell for a bit to be honest. This was a bit too much for one session so I will break up some of the work into more days.
