I heard some people say the virus mutate and creates variants cause by the vaccine, is this possible ?
Viruses mutate, yes.
The vaccine, just like anything else that “changes” in the environment of the virus, will exert a selection pressure on circulating viruses. This is how nature works.
It is also not a reason to avoid getting vaccinated, since vaccines induce antibodies against a wide variety of targets – and this is how the current vaccines retain such good efficacy even against “newer” variants. The virus might mutate one specific part, but our “broad-spectrum” antibodies can still recognize and target it through other mechanisms.
