Whenever I try supplementing with creatine (3-5g per day, have tried various brands) I am much more prone to headaches. They feel a bit different than my typical headaches, and don’t respond to Advil as well. The simplest answer would seem to be relative dehydration, but I’m generally drinking a good amount of water (urinating practically hourly, pretty clear) so I don’t think this is a problem.
I know you can’t diagnose me personally, but ever had any friends or clients deal with this problem? I really don’t see anything online other than “drink more water”
