comp deadlift
365x6, 470x1@8.5, 410x6, 420x6, 350x6x2. I was being a bit less aggressive on my top set of 6 that was supposed to be @9, but again it wasn’t heavy enough. Which is sort of odd considering my top single was ~10lbs less than last week.
Comp bench
300x1@8.5, 275x3@10, 240x4x4. The triple at 275 should have been a set of 4, but I missed the last rep. Just a bit too aggressive on the load here. 270 probably would have been more appropriate.

Need to be a bit smarter here with load selection. I’ve been trying to be a bit more aggressive but I may need to reign it in just a touch.

Comp squat
285x6, 355x1, 315x6@8.5-9, 280x6x2
355 moved well enough for an RPE 8. Seeing as I’ve been overshooting things just a touch the last few weeks, trying to maintain my E1RM in this block, I figured I should stop doing that so I didn’t go up from 355. Technically I think these squats were pretty good, which was encouraging. I think my stance had grown a bit wide last week for whatever reason.

365x1@8, 345x4@9, 300x4x4. Top single was sloppy and probably a touch high. My technique on singles has been pretty crappy lately. This one in particular I slowed down as I entered the bottom of the squat, turning this into more of a paused squat. Not much of a bounce here. I need to commit to the descent here. Somehow, I don’t have this problem at meets so far.

205x2x12 minute EMOM. The prescription here was " 2 reps @ 55% e1RM EMOM x 12 min". I read it multiple times to make sure I understood because it sounded very easy. And it was pretty easy. Not complaining, of course, but being a client of Jordan’s for a while I sort of expect things like this to suck at some point in the workout.

It seems my metamorphosis into @Austin_Baraki continues. I lost a contact on the last rep of my first back off set. I should probably keep some saline solution at the gym for these occasions.
comp bench
300x1@10, 275x3@9, 260x3x3. I was in the gym by myself, with no hand off available. The single @ 300 was pretty sketch.
beltless squat
230x2x12 EMOM. Trying to work on my technique here. I feel like I’m all over the place with squat. Unsure of my stance width, all sorts of dumb cues going through my head. I think maybe I just need to stop thinking and just squat. I’ve been doing this for 4 years and know how, after all.
