I was 255 lbs at the start of the year and I am now down to 240. By the end of march i hope to be around 230-235. I’Ve been listening to Mike israetel talk about cutting and he says you should have a 1 month maintenance phase for every 3 months of dedicated cutting. Do you think this has any merit for metabolism purposes? I don’t mind taking a break if it’s reccomended by the bbm crew but I’d like to reach my goal of around 200 by the summer and if i don’t have to take a break I’d rather just keep pushing through.
