I have a sleep issue. It’s hard to fall asleep and the quality of sleep is not good
I think taking caffeine make it worse(even when I took them on daytime).
So I’m thinking about taking l-theanine. Is it worth taking to reduce the side effects of caffeine and slove my sleep issue?
I think it is unlikely that this alone will “solve” a significant sleep issue. Have you consulted with a physician about this or considered pursuing a sleep study?
I haven’t done a sleep study but doctor I consulted did not recommended drug therapy.
The sleep issue getting noticeably worse on the day I took caffeine so I was wonder if taking theanine could help my situation. Without caffeine my sleep issue is ,at least, bearable.
generally I sleep about 5~6h even though I lying on the bed much longer and sometimes I don’t get to sleep at all. Recently I found out the tendency that I sleep less on the training day.
I`m not using caffeine after I conclude that use it is worsening my sleep issue. So I’m thinking about taking theanine for better sleep quality in general And maybe I can take caffeine again without insomnia.
It’s hard to make a point in English
Anyway. Thanks for the review. I think it could help my situation. Do you agree?
