I was wondering if anyone has any sources regarding ceasing creatine supplementation? Or about inconsistent intake of creatine. I’ve been searching the forums and found a few posts where Jordan recommended not cycling creatine and to take it every day pretty much. Has anyone found any legitimate research on the effects of ceasing creatine for a short period? I believe Jordan also commented on a post and stated that it could take 1-2 weeks to get natural creatine levels back to baseline.
Pretty much the reason behind this research is to dig deeper into those Bang energy drinks. They seem to be the new fad around my unit (military unit) and I honestly don’t think they are that great for you. The can doesn’t even specify the quantities of some of the ingredients listed. I personally take Peri Rx and love it but am just trying to educate younger guys on supplementation.
