Eye floater and "heaviness" following recent increase in proptosis while deadlifting

I’m expecting this isn’t something to worry about, but it is new to me. Hoping it’s a reassurance post and that you tell me to move on and try to ignore it haha.

Lately it seems that my proptosis during deadlifts has increased by both subjective feeling and video comparison. It’s “more Baraki-esque than an e1RM of 420 should be,” and my vision fades somewhat.

For a few weeks, when I bend over far (e.g., to lace my shoes), I often feel a heaviness in/behind my eyes. (This has improved in the past week or so.)

Beginning within the past week, I’ve seen an eye floater in my left eye several times throughout each day. I’ve heard of these but I’ve never had one. It’s getting pretty annoying.

I weigh 193.5 in the mornings, with a waist circumference around 33.5 inches. I lost 55 pounds from August to March and don’t have any known blood pressure issues. The one time I saw an opthalmologist in 2014, they said my eyes had no issues other than astigmatism in the right one.

Thanks in advance!

I don’t have any specific concerns regarding the degree of “proptosis”, but if you’re having new persistent floaters, I would probably get an evaluation.
