Good evening,

several questions, notes for you: 1. GainzZz Rx Whey Protein is sold out. Will it be available again or will you discontinue it? I really love that one! It tastes like natural drinking chocolate (I drink it with milk). It also seems to be impossible to find whey with the right amount of BCAAs. Moreover I don’t trust most supplement producers.

  1. I’m from Germany. There is some information you could display in the shop when Germany is selected as sipping destination:
  • When I ordered the first time, the delivery took 4 weeks.
  • You put the delivery note on the outside of the box which ist the right procedure. I had to pick up the package at the customs office anyway because I had to pay import sales tax. There are 3 thresholds in (and I think this is applicable for the whole EU) German customs law:
  1. Consignment (including shipping) < 22 € = Tax free
  2. Consignment (including shipping) between 22 € and 150 € = Import sales tax which is basically VAT. This ist in Germany 19% in general and 7% on some goods like foods. I had to pay 7% since supplements are considered foods.
  3. Consignment (including shipping) > 150 € = Customs according to customs tariff plus import sales tax which is a pain to calculate and can be very expensive.

Please note that those thresholds are values in € and not USD. So they use their own currency translation rate for the given month. That’s why I had to pay VAT but no customs. I was lucky because I ordered 1 container of GainzZz Rx Whey Protein and 2 containers of GainzZz Rx which was $167.97 so I was under 150 €. There are proceedings a distributor may use so the VAT is payed in advance and the customer does not have to pick up every delivery at the customs office. I don’t know if this is worth it for you. In any event the customs information might helpful during checkout in your shop.
3. You are shipping via amazon.COM which is great. Unfortunately, they only ship certain goods to the EU. Do you have enough customers here so you might use amazon.DE as well?

  1. Is it possible to make GainzZz Rx without a flavor? I haven’t tried sour gummy yet but watermelon is way to sweet for me.

Hi Patrick,

Thanks for your support! We are still selling the GainzZz Rx Whey, it is just being restocked at the Amazon shipping centers. It will be back up any day now.

We do realize that overseas shipping is difficult. While shipping from the US, we can’t get it shipped and through customs any faster, and we see some shipments held up in customs quite a long time. Until we find a European distributor, we are a tad stuck in this situation.

We don’t have plans to make the GainzZz Rx unflavored at this time and having had several of those supplements in powder form, I am pretty sure that would be tough to get down.
