I probably already know the answer to this question but just to be sure, does a greens powder formula have any place whilst one is cutting and restricting calories, assuming inadequate micronutrition/phytonutrition from diet?
There is no minimum “phytonutrition” level, so I couldn’t care less about that.
If you have inadequate micronutrient intake I would not supplement with a greens powder, but rather a multivitamin and different kind of diet that didn’t put someone at risk for pathology due unnecessarily.
