What’s your opinion and thoughts in gut health? I know it’s become more and more popular the last few years. There also seems to be a lot of researching talking about the importance of your microbiome, etc. Obviously there’s a lot of different producs and supplements to help with this too.
Personally I have always had a lot of stomach discomfort, bloating in the evenings. I started taking a pro-biotitic that seems to really have helped. Also for the last year I have been much more mindful and consistent with consuming 30-40 grams of fiber a day.
I have also started trying some of the green drinks such as athletic greens and other powder green drinks with high nutrient content. Are these a waste?
Do you make an effort to eat for healthy gut? Is this BS?
