Notes: Got to the gym about 2 hours later than usual today. I finished up with personal training clients around 1 pm, worked the rest of the day and just sort of lost track of time. Ended up getting into the gym around 7:00 pm.
Anyhow, had a really good day 1 session. 555 is 5# less than my all-time best squat and it felt pretty good to handle it fairly routinely in training. Going to try to go after something big (for me) after the pivot next week! Hopefully, the DL can come along on the gains ride, too!
