Meet prep update: Strained my adductor/quad while descending on a 500# squat on Monday. Staying positive and trying to keep moving forward. Worked on some tempo box step-ups, feet-up bench, and some other adductor stuff today. Doing some additional, lighter training tomorrow, too. We’ll see how this thing feels come next week. This is a small setback in the grand scheme of things so I’m just going to keep my head down and keep working. ![]()
