Intermediate lifter, can I just maintain weight?

Hi BBM team!

I am a 27yr old male, 219lb, 6’2, 34.5 inch waist (2’ above navel), that has been training for about 4 years more or less consitently. I’ve ran SS LP, The Bridge, Powerbuilding I (twice) , my own programming, Hypertrophy I and now Hypertrophy II.

I don’t compete in anything and my goals are mostly building muscle while being progressively stronger (not necessarily for singles) at the big 3.

All 3 lifts are under 300 lbs.

After a bunch of years fighting with bad eating habits I’ve decided to stop cutting/bulking which was my go to cycle, the reason being that it never led me to creating good eating patterns, I’ve never managed to get under ~15% bodyfat and then the rebounce gets me to about 20% bodyfat pretty quickly. So I was wondering if maintaining would be hugely detrimental to my hypertrophy goals, I would love to stay at my current weight which might have me at about 20% bodyfat and just being able to not freak out about calories as much, I track my 7 day averages for weight and my daily calories.

Can I just maintain my current weight and still make progress to at least some degree? I just need the affirmation that I am not yet again spinning my wheels for nothing.

Thank you

There is nothing wrong with training consistently while maintaining weight. You will be fine
