I can assure that these two ideas do not work: just deciding it is an 8 or arguing with Jordan that it really is an 8 simply because that’s what I wanted it to be

I don’t mind them. I think my least favorite deadlift variation are paused deadlifts. Which is sort of odd, considering one of my favorite squat variations is paused squats. ¯_(ツ)_/¯.
My least favorite squat has to be front squats. If Jordan ever puts them in my program again, they’re not getting done! :p. My front rack position is straight garbage.

Oh, least favorite squat??? It might be 5-3-0 tempo squats. I can tolerate just about every kind of squat, although sometimes on Day 3, my third lift-a squat variation, and at 7pm, everything crushes me.

Yea, I’m with you there on tempo squats. How could I forget? I guess I was blocking them out of my mind
Up until recently, I would squat on Day 4, third lift. No matter what it was, I never looked forward to it. Especially if it was a tempo squat.

I log the work with the weight of the chains.
