Moved 30 buckets of oil from one side of the yard to the other four at a time. Made one trip with six.

Stupidity took a three hour nap when I got home from work so I couldn’t sleep last night. At midnight I ate two corndogs, 300g of ice cream, seven creme cookies broken up into the ice cream, a fist full of chicken and two pickles right out of the fridge and a slice of cheese.

Fell right to sleep. Anyway.

Figured something out friday. I over arch my back deadlifting, I’ve always been really flexible, and if I don’t focus so much on trying for a ‘neutral back’ the start of the pull goes much smoother.
