Macros for 'Fast Metabolism" trainees

Hi Jordan!

How you would approach setting the macros for an trainee whose general calorie requirements are significantly higher than what the guideline numbers suggested in TBAB would work out to at a certain bodyweight? For example, a 200 lbs male who needs 4000 kcal/day just to maintain his bodyweight.

Which, I guess, boils down to whether such a trainee generally needs more of each macronutrient per lb of bodyweight, or just more energy substrate(s), carbs and fats, than the average Johnny?
