I’m curious - approximately how many more calories would you recommend once I’m done cutting? I aim to finish this cut in about 4 weeks or when I hit a 34"/86cm waist.
Right now I’m eating:
1400kCal/day
175P/105C/30F
Would the following be appropriate for maintenance? Understand I might have to titrate up or down depending on what happens with my BW/waist.
1600kCal/day
120P/180C/45F
I aim to maintain weight during the Strength III template and may do another cut after that if I want to get leaner.
Thanks for the post and nice job on your progress so far! I would recommend adding 250-500kCal after you’re done with the maintenance phase and seeing how that works for you, adjusting as necessary.
I will hijack this thread a bit…What would someone expect of a successful maintenance phase? If you are someone trained. So, you wont gain lean mass at this process.
I said this because, I am currently bulking, but my waist is already where I should cut, and still want to add 15 pounds. Should I maintain or cut, in this case, where I still want to gain weight?
