I eat 4 meals per day, about 3 hours apart. But I like to have a cup or two of coffee between meals 2 and 3 with a little half and half. Do those couple of table spoons of half and half restart another MPS refractory period? If I understand it correctly, a refractory period starts any time you eat again regardless of how much protein was in that meal.
