Begin Low Fatigue Strength Template - 4 Day Medium ISF

Final note: After a 21 month cut, I weighed in at very dry 148# this morning (10/30/22). This template will start off at maintenance and perhaps even finish there. My BBM method waist is 33" and some change, and various methods put me at 18-21% body fat.
