[n/a] Learn the front squat, the Olympic lifts, and their variants … learned the snatch and a passable front squat, but lost interest for now.
[n/a] Swim a mile comfortably … This one has been relegated to the back burner and may never happen. I’ve wasted a lot of time on it.
