Training History:

Competed in the 82.5 and 90 kg weight classes with USPA. I’ve been as high as 225 and did not like it at all.

Since August of last year, I went from 225 to 185-190, and competed at 90 kg in August of this year I’m trying to get the most out of lifting at a body weight of 190-205.

Never really followed training beyond novice LP stuff, just mostly regaining lost performance, but I’m trying a little periodization and I compete again in November.

Notes:

Schedule is a little off this week. Training again tomorrow but all auxiliary lifts.

First couple sets on deadlift felt pretty good. Had a good brace and squeezed off the floor. On the third set, fatigue definitely affected that, which is why I dropped the load for the final set.
