Maybe 3 or 4 weeks since i’ve done rows, but i think these hit the valsalva a little differently regardless of that.
Maybe more compression from the added leg action, dunno.
Stopped at 4 reps the first set b/c i got lightheaded, and had one set where the last 2 reps were slow for the same reason.
I got more comfortable after a few sets, and got more aggressive and had a lot faster reps.

I think i like them though.
Can feel them more through my body than when i was limiting the torso & leg cheat action more to keep the focus in the upper back.
