+40lbs was easier than i expected. I’ll stick with it for the week though.
Squats were fine today.
I had thought to start adding an easy top single for bench on H day, but my need for singles is many months away. Gonna trust the process.
I’ll get a heavy single on week 2 power days, and a few decent ones on first weeks.
I also just wanted to be done, and still had dips to do.

None of the squat sets looked great today, but i guess this was best.
I experimented with not being as upright on the 2nd and 3rd reps here.
I’m not sure i like it.
I’m wanting to increase pause duration for the heavier reps before adding weight.
I’ll finish the cycle next week with 210 on S day, and i will most likely just repeat same weight for next cycle.
