12 week strength template question

When doing the back off sets in week 2, a few lifts prescribe a set @7, 8, and 9 RPEs, and then to take off 5% and do 2-3 sets until it’s an RPE 9 again. Should the weight be moving up from
the initial set at 5% less, or should the weight remain the same for those 2-3 sets?
