I’ve read where you guys have said ideally you wanna trigger muscle protein sysnthesis then wait 3-5 hours before triggering it again via food or supplements. If u take a pre workout with BCAAs say 30 min prior to training then intra workout u sip on a EAA shake will that mess up that 3-5 hour rule or should u just not worry about it?
You’re not triggering MPS during a workout anyway and I wouldn’t sip on EAA’s intraworkout either. Still, I don’t think it matters really.
