The “What I Eat In A Day” video was sick. But I have a couple of questions:
1 - What are your current calories above maintenance? (Excuse me if this was mentioned in the video)
2 - Are high calorie / low calorie days useful? (ex: Eating +500 calories on training days, and eating @ maintenance on off-days for maximizing LBM, and minimizing adipose tissue).
3 - (Training related) How likely is a (at least minimal) hypertrophy response to occur during lower-volume specialization blocks?
