Is there a noticeable benefit to consuming more calories on training days? I’m consistently eating ~217p/502c/172f. I only train 2 days a week and I’m slowly gaining weight (~258lbs). I recently realized things meed to be done more slowly with this training schedule to mitigate LBM loss and fat gain when cutting/bulking. I’m going to cut again soon was wondering if this sort of timing would make a difference.
