Back pain template

For sumo deads in the first block of the back pain template it lists a 3-0-0 tempo. Typically this would indicate to perform the eccentric portion of the lift at the three tempo, but given that deadlift starts with the concentric phase I’m assuming this should read 0-0-3, correct? That was a long way of asking if the concentric or eccentric should be three seconds for deads in this scenario.
