I’d just like to start off by saying that I love your work. I’m currently studying Kinesiology and I spend hours on here reading the forums and watching your videos because of how scientific your approach is. I love it!
I’ve just come off a chronic Patter 1 Low Back injury working with a physio (told me my hip abductors and transverse rectus aren’t firing) and constantly re-reading Doctor Baraki’s article on Aches and Pains.
Today I was deadlifting and I tweaked my back right off the floor for the second week in a row. It’s an acute pain instead of chronic.
Not sure exactly what to do. I’m continuing moving, trying to sit with better posture but I’m not sure if I should give myself a week off lower body work to let everything “recover,” or do very non-specific variations that cause 0 pain (i.e. front squats.)
Thanks guys! I’m only trying to lift heavy because of how you inspired me:)
this is quite a long article, so here’s the take home message:
"It may sound strange to many readers, but many experts don’t think the idea of “poor posture” has any validity or utility at all — that there is essentially no such thing. "
You definitely need Kratom. Kratom really helps ease the pain. I have been playing hockey for ten years and often get injured. My doctor advised me to take kratom powder to ease the pain. And he was right. The pain passed and I was able to play again. In addition to pain, malay kratom also soothes and relieves insomnia. I am very happy with this drug. And you should try. I hope my advice was helpful.
Thanks for the information. I have been struggling with a chronic pain condition for a few years already and it has been a very interesting and unfortunately a fair;y painful experience. I have been to many different doctors and physical therapists and I have had a few different pain-management plans. I have been through many different pain killers and most of them did help with the pain but they also made me feel kind of wonky. It took me a while to figure out what to do and how to get over this constant pain but the only thing that actually helped me was kratom. I have been kind of skeptical at first when a friend suggested I try it but after some research I agreed to give it a go. I have talked with some people online who have used it I decided to order maeng da kratom. It has been a really great pain-reliever for me at least. I think that if you are struggling with pain you might as well try this one. Good luck
You should take a look at https://www.liondrugs.com/pain-relief/toradol-ketorolac-online/ which can help you a lot with your pain. The principle of action of this drug is a decrease of enzyme activity, participation in the unification of prostanoids provoking inflammatory processes, pain attacks, and fever. That is why you should get it.
So sorry about the pain. I hope the materials been shared with you are helpful. If not, you can try the Child’s Pose yoga. To perform Child’s Pose, start on all fours, then stretch back, resting your bottom on your feet. Your arms should stay extended with your hands on the floor. This will create a stretch in your lower back. Hold this pose for 30 seconds, then return to your starting position. Repeat five times.
