BCAA Amounts Likely Accurate?

hi,

just listened to the podcast from a couple of years ago with Matt Reynolds where you were talking about the fact that some protein companies actually remove BCAAs from the whey. I intend to switch to your whey product once I’m done with my current supply, but in the meantime I wanted to make sure that I’m getting adequate BCAAs when I have my whey. So let’s say I have some hydrolyzed WPI from a big company whose initials may or may not be O and N. The product description states that BCAAs are added and I found a page stating that the typical amounts are per 30g of protein are:

Leucine - 4.2g
Isoleucine - 2.4g
Valine - 2.2g

Are you of the opinion that these numbers are likely to be accurate?

That might be true, sure. The leucine is higher than I’d expect and the 30g dose is kind of strange, but it’s possible!
