Planning on posting a heavier bench video later on this week considering this was very light but the touch point is the same here as my normal 1 ct pause.
I would expect that your form on the 4th set of MYOREPS would not be indicative of your 1@8.
That said you don’t seem to be locking out your reps. You don’t seem to be using much leg drive either.
You want to be able to push the bar up and back with your arms, coming down too low makes that harder. It’s not easy to see if they’re getting vertical or beyond because the plates are in the way.
You’re obviously not pausing/stopping on the chest.
You flare your elbows in and hit the bar slightly lower on the chest than I do when I go for a heavy bench press. That said, I imagine what feels optimal will vary for people depending on their build.
