so Iam currently on the beginner template phase 3 week 2. I was not tracking my calorie intake thus overeating. According to the mirror I would quess Iam about 20% bodyfat, I dont feel well with this amount of bodyfat. So I wanna go on a cut. Here are my questions:
Whats the best method to calculate my intake?
Whats your recommendation on how large my deficit should be?
My plan was to complete the beginner template and go for Hypertrophy I, should I just precede this way in a deficit?
