What are your thoughts on eating children’s cereal or other forified foods as a form of multivitamin?
So there are actually a few different questions in here I’ll tease out:

Is it okay to eat cereal?
-Yep. It’s fine if it is within your carbohydrate goals for the day -
Are fortified foods bad?
-Nope, unless they indirectly contribute to your overeating, binging, etc. -
Do you need a multivitamin?
-Unless you’ve had GI surgery or have an extremely limited diet OR other medical pathology requiring vitamin supplementation, nope.
Neat. I’ll take that as “Children’s cereal is fine but don’t bother with them for the vitamins since you’re probably not deficient unless your doctor says you are.”
