Coffee and cortisol

Hey guys! As coffee lover I have a couple of questions since I’ve read online that there’s a specific window of time in which drinking coffee is good for you (and bad outside that window kinda). We know for sure that drinking coffee close to bed time (or up to 8 hs before) is bad for your sleep. But there are two specific topics that I’m not really sure of.
One of the things I’ve read is that the ideal time to drink is 3 hours after waking up, since your cortisol levels as soon as you wake up are at your highest and adding coffee would over stimulate that cortisol, resulting in an unideal state (like excesive nervousness, stress, etc).
The second is that drinking coffee after a meal (I usually do after lunch) is bad for nutrient absorption (specially iron).
How true are these affirmations and when would you guys recommend me to drink coffee? (I train usually at 12-1 mid day and wake up at 9am) Btw I only drink black coffee (dark roast) with no added sugars or sweeteners.

Nope. This is all made up gobbledygook- save for the iron. It’s the calcium content of coffee that makes it ill-advised to take with an iron supplement, along with cereal, eggs, etc. For someone without iron deficiency anemia, this doesn’t matter.

There are tons of articles like this. And they claim is science based but honestly I’m too lazy to check those studies, if they even exist in the first place. Plus since I don’t understand those topics I thought of asking you guys.
