Cole's Work

I have been a follower of Baraki and Jordan since SS days. I no longer am allowed to use the SS forum for some reason, but i do post my logs and have wonderful training discussions at https://www.exodus-strength.com/foru…php?f=5&t=358. in my mid 30’s, 5’11 225 but wouldnt mind getting to 205. My strength goals may be lofty, but I would like a 6/4/6 1600 total one day. I like the BBM style and have considered running a template and perhaps one day getting coaching, when my 3 sons aren’t raiding my wallet and time. My favorite lift is the squat.
