Conditioning RPE?

I’m running the Bridge 3.0 never running a BBM template previously, and I’m trying to figure out the guidelines for conditioning. I’m supposed work at a particular RPE for my conditioning. Can anyone point me to the latest guidelines for conditioning and RPE from the coaches? There is no explanation in the template.

For low intensity steady state target about 65-70% of your max heart rate (220-Age is max heart rate). For HIIT go all out.
