Confusion with NIH Calculator and Calories

I’m currently 74kg, 20%+ in bodyfat and according to the NIH Body Planner I should be eating 2162 calories a day (1.6 activity level) in order to reach my goal of 65kg within 5 months. This has me a little confused as according to other calculators I’ve used my TDEE was around ~2100 calories or even fewer, recommending me to eat between 1400-1600 calories a day to be in a deficit. This is quite a large variance but the NIH is the one that you recommend; is that what I should go with?

I would use the NIH BW planner and see how your BW and waist circumference trends over the next few weeks.
