I have been experiencing cramps / muscle spasms in my chest and abdomen. They come unexpectedly, last anywhere from 30-60 seconds to 2 minutes. The pain on a scale of 1 - 10 is a 4 -6. My primary care could not help. I’ve actually gone the ER thinking it could be my heart. ER found no evidence of heart problems. I’m in the process of searching for a new primary care physician. I’m in Norfolk, VA. Any suggestions on a Dr in my area ? And does any of this sound familiar? I’ve increase sodium intake as well as potassium, thinking it was an electrolyte imbalance. According to my urine color, I am not dehydrated. Help if possible.
