Hi, I was wondering what your experience is with women supplementing creatine? There seems to be a lot less discussion on this online and some contradictory advice in terms of whether it is likely to be as beneficial as for men, how long until effects are seen and whether women should supplement at a higher dose than men. Would appreciate your opinions! Thanks
Many of my female clients supplement creatine and it likely works better in that population than in males, given the tendency of women to have lower muscular stores of creatine compared to their male counterparts.
Dose should be 0.045g/kg body weight.
