Looking for some advice on my deadlift. I got up to 350# 1x5 during LP and it started declining after that. On week 2 of the bridge and 305# is about an RPE 8 for 5. My lifetime PR is 430#. Not sure what variables are causing this. Any help is appreciated.
Have you posted a form check on the Barbell Medicine FB page? Could get a lot of good help over there.

More deadlift volume, which the Bridge will give you.

This happened to me too. If you’ve grinded (ground?) your novice LP like SS wants you to do, chances are you’re exhausted. The first couple weeks of the bridge will give you some r&r. You also aren’t stronger pulling 350, you’ve just peaked to 350, which is what running out the novice LP essentially does. You also might be undershooting your RPE’s. My 9’s turned into 8’s after week 3.
Just give it it a bit more time, you’ll get stronger and you’ll feel a lot better/form will be better, even if there’s nothing glaring.
