Just got my annual physical lab panel back. Age 46, 6’1" Tall, 198lbs:
T = 169
Low on Vitamin D
A1-C = 5.5
High LDL
So my GP suggest taking (all OTC) and check back in 2 months:
-5000 IU Daily Vitamin D
-DHEA 50mg x2 per day
-CholestOFF - 2 tablets per day
Does this sound like to best course of action to you?
Why was your testosterone checked?
See my article on this here for the proper evaluation of testosterone: https://startingstrength.com/article/clinical-testosterone
So with that information, would you just take the Vitamin D and CholestOFF and NOT take the DHEA until I do the next lab in 2 months?
That would be fine, and make sure the lab gets done properly.
