I’ve got a question for you if you don’t mind me asking. I’ll be off for my holidays for 2 weeks and I won’t be able to lift. How should I eat (macros, etc) during that period?

Waist: 103 cm
SQ: 102 kg (2.5 kgs jump)
BP: 64 kg (1 kg jump)
OHP: 42 kg (1 kg jump)
DL: 127,5 kg (5 kg jump)
PC: 51 kgs (1 kg jump)
You need to lose a significant amount of weight given your waist measurement so I would plan on trying to do that and not taking 2 weeks off of exercise.
