  1. What is a good general recommendation for how long a person should remain at a caloric deficit for fat loss?

  2. What are the principles involved in increasing caloric intake after a extended period of caloric deficit for fat loss? Do you increase macros in a similar manner to the way you reduced them? If so, how much weight gain should one expect during this phase?
