Feeling uncomfortable at all times

Hey docs! I think this might be a weird question, but there we go.

For a long time now, perhaps my whole life, can’t remember, I’ve always felt uncomfortable in one way or another. The reason is, I feel constant urges to massage certain areas of my body (hands, feet, forearms, etc), constant urges to crack my bones (including rib bones which i cant crack but i can relieve some of the uncomfortable-ness by pressing them against the upper hip bones) and throughout my life I’ve had several different methods to relieve this feeling, but atm massaging and crackling my bones are the main ones. Some days are worse than others, sometimes I forget about it but sometimes I feel so uncomfortable and nothing helps. Can this be a form of Tourette? If so, what should I do about it? My life is 99% unaffected by this, as I can do a good job masking everything in public, so it’s not that severe, but it’s still a hard thing to constantly live with. Thanks for any responses you might provide

Unfortunately I don’t have many ideas here. I suppose this could represent some variant of a restless leg-type syndrome (in which case some basic testing like an iron panel can be useful), but it still doesn’t sound like a classic case of that either. Apologize we couldn’t be more helpful here.
