Not sure which forum this fits in, but I’ve heard an upcoming book as well as an upcoming app being mentioned, both in the forum and in podcasts. Out of curiosity, what will be the focus for the book and the app? Will the book be mostly training related, or more focused on “general health”? And will the app be a tracking app for workouts, or something else?
The book will cover aspects of both performance and health, specifically the application of RT and AT for health and performance outcomes.
The app will be able to track workouts, deliver content (including templates, articles, etc.) and collect other data as needed.
