Jordan, I watched your full day of eating video you put out a while back and was just curious if you’d be willing to share how your weight gain has been going. If I’m remembering correctly, you were wanting to gain in order to move up a weight class for power lifting. How has the weight gain affected your waist circumference and/or leanness? Have you been able to keep that in check? Have you noticed a meaningful increase in strength and/or lean body mass that you attribute to the weight gain? Any other observations you’d be willing to share? I thought your original video was really interesting and just wanted to see how things were going.
